What is Double Bedroom Housing Scheme 2025
The CM of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao released this Double Bedroom Housing Scheme 2025 in 2015 to provide affordable and cheap residential facilities to all the homeless citizens across the Telangana state. Under this housing initiative, the Government aims to provide applicants with 2-bedroom houses with an area of 560 Square feet at very affordable rates. The Housing Department of Telangana has planned to set up a total of 2.8 Lakh houses in the rural areas of Telangana.
the help of this scheme, the percentage of homeless citizens in the state will decrease and it will also uplift the status of the rural areas. As per the reports stated by the authorities, the budget allotted by the Government to implement this initiative is INR 30,000 Crore. Applicants who want to register under this initiative should not own land or a plot.
