The Government of Jaipur, along with the Jaipur Development Authority, has finally released a beneficial housing initiative named JDA Ganga Vihar Residential Plot Scheme 2025, under which the Government aims to provide affordable housing facilities in various locations to all the eligible citizens across the Jaipur State. All citizens who do not own a house or are homeless can simply visit the Official Website and fill out the application form released by the Government. Under this initiative, the Authorities will provide at least 233 Residential Properties to all the eligible selected beneficiaries under this initiative.

The Authorities of Jaipur State, along with the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), have launched this remarkable housing initiative called the JDA Residential Plot Scheme on January 14, 2025, aiming to provide cheap and affordable housing facilities to all categories of citizens residing in the state. Under this scheme, the Government will provide residential plots varying from very low cost to high, covering all the income groups of citizens across the state. This initiative targets various locations in Jaipur state, such as Atal Vihar, Patel Nagar, Govind Nagar, Ganga Vihar, and Yamuna Vihar. With the help of this initiative, the infrastructure of the city will get better and the number of homeless citizens will reduce across the state.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be residing in Jaipur city for at least 10 Years.
- Annual Income of Applicants should not be more than-
- EWS (Economically Weaker Section): Annual income should be above INR 3,00,000.
- LIG (Low-Income Group): Annual Income must be between INR 3,00,001 to INR 6,00,000.
- MIG-B (Middle-Income Group-B): Annual Income must be between INR 12,00,001 to INR 18,00,000.
- HIG (High-Income Group): Annual Income must be between INR 18,00,001 to INR 20,00,000.
- Applicants must be aged to 18 years of age or above.
- Applicants must not own a plot in Jaipur City.
