What is the PM Kisan Scheme?

Initially, the scheme was launched by the PM Shri Narendra Modi in February 2019, and it has completed its sixth anniversary with a total of 19 instalments. The government will be providing financial assistance of around INR 6000 per year in three equal instalments of INR 2000 every four months into their bank accounts by using the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) Method.
