The State Government of Assam has finally released the PMAY-G Permanent Waiting List Assam online for all the residents of Assam State who have registered themselves under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin. All those citizens who are eligible and have applied under the PMAY-G Housing initiative can now visit the Official Website of the scheme and check the permanent waiting list online. Applicants just need to enter their Application Number along with 12 12-digit Aadhar Number to check down the Waiting list. Citizens don’t need to visit any Government Office and waste their time & money they can simply check the waiting list from their homes online.

About Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin 2025
The Prime Minister of India launched this impactful housing initiative called Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in 2015 aiming to provide affordable housing opportunities for all by 2022. This initiative is divided into two sections PMAY-G & PMAY-U under which the Government aims to provide cheap and affordable housing facilities for all the citizens from both Urban Areas & Rural Areas. All those citizens who own kutcha houses in Rural Areas will be provided pacca houses by the Government so that they can have their own pacca house and can live a quality life. As per the reports stated by the Government a total of 4.95 Crores eligible households in rural areas will get benefitted under this PMAY-G initiative.

4.95 Crores Households expected to get benefits by March 2029 under PMAY-G
As per the reports stated by the Authorities, The Government will provide benefits to at least 4.95 crores eliglbe households in rural areas by March 2029. All those citizens who resides in Rural areas and own kaccha house will be provided permanent housing facilities along with financial assistance and basic amenities for living. Additionally the Chief Minister of Assam State as approved for providing benefits to 3.73 more rural households across the Assam State.
